Synopsis:
Explains how the Wyoming Legislature has made significant changes to the both the substantive and procedural law in DWUI and implied consent laws with the passage of ENROLLED ACT NO. 93, 2011 Wyoming Session Laws at Chapter 178, §§ 1-3; ENROLLED ACT NO. 33, 2011 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 39, §§ 1-3; and, ENROLLED ACT NO.18, 2011 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 31, §§ 1-3; as well as how the Laramie City Council also made significant changes with the passage of Laramie Enrolled Act 1592. This seminar will explain the various statutory and constitutional defenses that exist
with the passage of the new DWUI and implied consent laws and the procedural process used to assert these defenses.
