About Your Speaker

Mary Kubichek is the Director of the Casper College Paralegal Program and a
frequent speaker for WTLA. She holds a B.S. in Education and M.A. in Communication
from the University of Nebraska and has taught communication and law classes since
1975. She received her J.D. from Creighton University in 1982 and began a jury
consultant service in 1981. She served as an attorney with the Department of Justice
before entering private practice. Mary has been Director of Casper College’s ABA
approved Paralegal Program since 1988. She is a former member of the Certifying
Board for the National Association of Legal Assistants.
