About Your Speaker
Jason Ochs began his legal career in 2002 with a multi-district litigation law firm in
Newport Beach, California. There he worked on a variety of high-profile, complex litigation projects including pharmaceutical and medical-device litigation nationwide. He also litigated in the firm’s medical malpractice department trying a number of cases to verdict. In 2006, Jason joined the Orange County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy District Attorney. Since leaving the District Attorney's office, Jason's practice has focused on complex productliability, medical malpractice and class action trial work. In 2008, Jason was selected as amember of the science and expert committee and deposition teams in the federal In ReGadolinium MDL venued in Cleveland, Ohio. Jason founded the Ochs Law Firm in 2012 with offices in California, Wyoming and Colorado. Jason has been named a California Rising Superstar Lawyer in 2012 and 2013 by Los Angeles Magazine and has served as a board member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association since 2012.
