About Your speaker
Todd Ingram practices with the firm of Clapp, Ingram & Olheiser, PC. in Casper, Wyoming. He received his BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and his JD from Denver University College of Law. Todd served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable William F. Downes, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. He was recruited by the Civil Division of the US Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. in 1999 and spent four years handling high-profile cases on behalf of the United States. In 2003, Todd returned to Casper and began private practice focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, and other business and domestic litigation. One of his first affiliations was with Bob Schuster and Scott Olheiser in a catastrophic carbon monoxide poisoning case which resulted in a $17.5 million cumulative trial verdict on behalf of the surviving victim and her deceased husband’s family. Todd is a member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in both Wyoming and Colorado.
