Michael J. Javoronok, Esq. During law school, Mr. Javoronok was a law clerk for the Douglas County District Court. After graduation from law school, he was a Deputy County Attorney handling a wide range of cases from fires and explosions, to investigating causes of death as Deputy Coroner, and learning investigative techniques. After five years, he went into the civil practice of law and has handled primarily litigation including personal injury and some commercial cases since then. He is an avid photographer, and he and his staff prepare many of their own trial exhibits. He has been an on line researcher for more than 25 years. He has tried cases in Nebraska, Texas and Missouri. He is licensed in Nebraska and Colorado.
Monte L. Neilan practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and workers’ compensation. He was admitted to practice in 1997 to Nebraska and Wyoming, and to Colorado in 2007. He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
