This CLE will explain the procedures for defending your clients in an implied consent hearing and the elements and defenses to these cases. He will also discuss the license suspension issues associated with a person receiving a DWUI in a non-commercial vehicle and the procedures to attempt to protect CLD driving privileges.

About Your Speaker

R. Michael Vang is a member of Brown & Hiser, LLC in Laramie, Wyoming.  A 1995 graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law, Mike practiced with the firm of Kirkwood & Nelson before moving to Laramie. He is a Sustaining Member of the National College of DUI Defense and was a speaker at the Ninth Annual Mastering Scientific Evidence in DUI/DWI Cases seminar in Atlanta, Georgia, 2002.
