This seminar will give you the complete ABCs on how to identify, negotiate and handle ERISA liens.  Course materials include an overview of ERISA, how to determine if ERISA applies, and example form letters to send to the ERISA plan administrator.   This course is a must for anyone who handles cases that involve medical bills.

 

About Your Speaker

Practice Areas: Personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, qui tam (government fraud / whistleblower), and retained as co-counsel in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. In addition to his private practice, established in 2002, he is the part-time U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Wyoming in Casper. Michael is a 4th generation Casper, Wyoming resident.
