About Your Speaker

Heather Noble is an attorney practicing in Jackson. She works for other litigators, doing legal research, motions and appeals. She was an associate with the firm of Spence, Moriarity and Schuster for a number of years, and graduated from Harvard Law School in 1982. is the clerk of the Wyoming Supreme Court. She served as deputy clerk from 1988 until her appointment as clerk in 1994. Judy is a member of the National Conference of Appellate Court Clerks, is a past member of the Executive Committee and has served on several other committees within that organization. She was a member of the Select Committee to Review Disciplinary Functions which revised the Disciplinary Code, and is a member of the Permanent Rules Advisory Committee, Appellate Division. Judy has also presented CLE to many of Wyoming?s county bar associations, the State Bar annual meetings, and circuit court, and district court clerks organizations regarding the Wyoming Rules of Appellate Procedure, best practices, and other topics. She recently wrote the Policy and Procedure Manual and training course for the Wyoming Supreme Court?s new electronic filing system.
