Featuring Deborah Ford Mincer

About Your Speaker

Deborah Ford Mincer works statewide in Wyoming, from her office in Cheyenne. She
represents plaintiffs, defendants, and insurance companies. She focuses on litigation of
insurance coverage, employment, accidents and injury, insurance defense and family law
matters. In the past, Deborah served as an adjunct professor at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, where she taught civil procedure, evidence and investigations, torts, family law and constitutional law. She is a frequent presenter at seminars on a variety of topics. Ms. Mincer received her B.S. degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis. Originally from Memphis, Ms. Mincer litigated in Tennessee, for more than ten years before realizing her dream of living in the West, and settling in Wyoming in 1994. Ms. Mincer is a member of the Wyoming State Bar, the Laramie County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, where she is a member of the Litigation, Torts and Insurance Practice, Labor and Employment Law and Family Law sections.
