Rhonda Woodard has practiced law in Cheyenne since 1980. She is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Law. Rhonda is a past president of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and a past member of the Board of Governors for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She has served on boards and committees for numerous civic and courtrelated organizations, including Wyoming Board of Law Examiners, the Bankruptcy Judge Merit Selection Committee, the Tenth Circuit Gender Bias Task Force, Wyoming Judicial Planning Commission, Legal Services for Southeastern Wyoming, Safehouse/Sexual Assault Services, United Way of Laramie County, United Way Campaign Co-Chair 2005 and the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce (Chairman 2001). In 2007, she received the Ewing T. Kerr Inn of Court Professionalism Award. Rhonda is currently a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission and is serving as Past-President of the Ewing T. Kerr Inn of Court. She has been a frequentpresenter at the People’s Law School public education program.
