Robert W. Tiedeken graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1981. He is a former President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and served as Governor to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now American Association for Justice. Along with Richard Wolf, he is listed in the “Best Lawyers in America. and is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to attorneys who have achieved awards or settlements in excess of $1,000,000 for an individual client. He was recently asked to join the Association of Catastrophic Injury Attorneys as a member of a National Litigation Advisory Board. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Wyoming, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has litigated cases in many jurisdictions outside of Wyoming. His practice concentrates on medical negligence, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, defective products, premises liability, automobile accidents, and work place injury.
