The presentation will include aspects of damage assessments that are often overlooked. Attorneys will be given information on how a life care plan or vocational report is completed and how it can be very useful in building a solid case for damages. 2 areas of consideration will be discussed: 1) Assessing global, future care needs for clients And, 2) Assessing earning capacity and damages related to future wages or loss thereof
