At one time or another, we have all had a Court reject a request for a defendant's financial information. This webinar will cover strategies to assist a plaintiff in obtaining a defendant's financial information for punitive purposes. The webinar will include a review of what a party must prove to obtain discovery of financial information, the timing of requesting and obtaining punitive discovery, the type of information that should be requested, how to put the punitive proof on at trial once you get it, and what to do if a defendant fails to produce adequate evidence of their financial condition.
