Using case examples, the speaker will review the current contents of in-patient and office patient medical records, what may be missing from those records and their relevance in specific types of cases. Discussion will show how the various parts of records interconnect and relate to the care and treatment of the patient. Included will be neurosurgical malpractice, pediatric malpractice and office malpractice cases.
